What are the costs associated with ordering custom candy packages?
The costs vary based on the quantity ordered and include a one-time setup fee of $50 and a one-time logo design fee of $25 for the initial purchase.
How do I upload my logo for the custom candy packages?
You can upload your logo directly through the order form. Simply click the “Upload Your Logo” field and select your file. We accept the following file formats: jpg, jpeg, png, gif. The maximum file size is 10MB.
How is the total cost calculated?
The total cost is calculated based on the quantity of packs ordered, plus a one-time setup fee of $75 for the initial purchase. For subsequent orders, the setup fees are waived, and discounts are applied based on the quantity ordered.

Can I place a repeat order?
Yes, you can place repeat orders. For subsequent months, the setup and logo design fees are waived, and discounts are applied based on the order quantity. You can select the subsequent order quantity in the “Select Subsequent Months Order Quantity” dropdown on the order form.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit card payments through our secure payment gateway integrated into the order form. Simply enter your credit card information in the “Payment Information” field to complete your purchase.
What is the delivery time for the custom candy packages?
Once your order is placed and the payment is processed, our team will begin working on your custom candy packages. Delivery times may vary based on order quantity and customization requirements. We will provide an estimated delivery time once your order is confirmed.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes may not be possible once production has begun.
